Production Process

Initial Presentation

  • Information Session - Information is collected regarding the client’s ideas and expected outcomes for any media we may potentially produce. From that information we will develop an Estimated Cost Proposal. Once the proposal is authorized and initial payment is made, we will proceed with the Pre-Production Process.

Pre-Production

  • Creative Concept Meeting - This is the first step in the process of creative development.  We arrange a meeting to discuss dates and collect information or materials pertinent to the project. If applicable, the information gathered at this meeting will facilitate the beginning of the scriptwriting process.

  • Script Development - When the details of the project have been determined, our writer works to develop a project script. During the Scripting stage, a draft of the script is presented to the client. Feedback from the client will be implemented into the script and once the Final Script is authorized, Look Media will proceed into the production process.

  • Pre-Production Preparation - Based on the script, all of the necessary shots are mapped. We then develop a time itinerary, detailed shot list and schedule talent.

  • Production PreviewThis meeting will confirm all aspects of the project before actual production begins. Once all elements are in place, production may begin.

Production

  • Video Shoot - With our professional cameras and staff, we begin filming.  Following the shot list, we capture all footage with attention to creativity and detail.

  • Narration Recording - The selected narrator records the audio tracks that will enhance the visuals elements of the project.

  • Audio Mixing - With a variety of musical selections, we will add pre-recorded or custom audio accompaniment.

Post-Production

  • Digital Editing - Once all footage is captured and logged, the editing process begins. Once completed, a Rough Cut Preview session is scheduled. During this meeting, all feedback is noted and a final version of the project is then created based upon all creative input.

  • Mastering and Duplicating - The final presentation is then mastered onto a format of your choice.  Large quantity orders are then replicated.
