This phase involves your answering

accomplish?
- Who are we trying to attract?
- What information are they looking for?
- What helpful information or resources
can we provide?"
During this phase we establish
realistic expectations for the communication campaign, determine a
mission statement and goals, and evaluate how we will measure success.
We will research how similar organizations are using similar
communication solutions and become familiar with essential terminology
and the environment of your industry.
Finally we create a document that
provides you with a clear visual site architecture, mission statement,
goals and strategies, project approach, recommended technology,
timeline, and a final budget.
